Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • To ensure you get the desired item, we recommend starting the exchange process as soon as possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us here: contact@tacticalbrigade.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us at your own expense (unless it was our error).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
